Privacy Policy

When you create an account and use StillEdge, we collect:

• Account information — your email address and display name.
• Trading preferences — the rules, thresholds, and coaching preferences you configure during onboarding and in settings.
• Session data — trading session logs, check-ins, trade entries, discipline scores, and behavioral events generated during your sessions.
• Coaching interactions — your conversations with Atlas, your AI coach, including text inputs and AI responses.
• Voice data — if you use voice coaching, the audio you speak to Atlas and the text transcribed from it.
• Health data — only if you connect an optional integration (such as Whoop), the recovery, sleep, and related metrics you authorize us to access.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We don't store your full card number, only limited billing details (plan, status, and last four digits) needed to manage your subscription.

All data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS) enabled on every table. This means your data is isolated at the database level — no user can access another user's data, even in the event of an application-level bug.

Atlas is powered by third-party large-language-model providers. When Atlas coaches you, we send trading context — things like your session state, recent trades, risk level, and check-in responses — to generate responses.

We do not send personal financial data (account balances, broker credentials, or specific P&L figures beyond what you voluntarily log in-session). We work with providers that process this data only to deliver the service and do not use it to train their own models, and StillEdge does not use your personal data to train any AI models of our own.

If you use voice features, your spoken input is transcribed to text and Atlas's responses are converted to speech using third-party voice-processing providers. This only happens when you use voice.

If you choose to connect Whoop, we access the recovery, sleep, and related metrics you authorize and use them to inform your coaching (for example, flagging a low-recovery day). This is entirely optional, you control it, and you can disconnect it at any time. We only receive what you authorize.

We use cookies strictly for authentication purposes through Supabase Auth. These cookies maintain your logged-in session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

The StillEdge Guardian is a companion Chrome Extension with two functions:

• Cooldown enforcement — when your risk engine triggers a cooldown, the extension blocks access to configured URLs (such as your trading platform) to support your discipline.
• Live trade capture (Pro) — if you enable it, the extension reads your completed trade executions from your trading platform's orders display during an active StillEdge session. This lets StillEdge log your trades automatically instead of requiring manual entry.

Live trade capture is off by default. You must explicitly enable it in your StillEdge account settings and designate a lead trading account. Capture only runs while you have an active StillEdge session — if you close StillEdge or end your session, capture stops.

When active, the extension reads trade execution details (symbol, side, quantity, price, order status, and fill time) from the orders display on your trading platform. This data is sent to stilledge.ai over HTTPS so your session engine can process it in real time.

The extension does not read your account balance, account credentials, open positions, pending orders, or any data outside the completed-orders display. It does not have access to your brokerage account and cannot place, modify, or cancel trades.

The extension stores a small amount of data locally in chrome.storage:

• Your authentication token (to communicate with stilledge.ai)
• Your configured list of blocked URLs
• Whether live capture is enabled
• Your extension preferences

• It does not collect your browsing history.
• It does not track which websites you visit beyond the specific pages it needs for cooldown enforcement and trade capture.
• It does not run when you do not have an active StillEdge session.
• It does not access your brokerage account, credentials, balances, or open positions.

The extension communicates with stilledge.ai to check your current cooldown state and, when live capture is enabled, to send captured trade execution data during an active session.

If the extension is uninstalled during an active trading session, a notification is sent to StillEdge as part of our tamper detection system. This helps maintain the integrity of cooldown enforcement and is logged as a session event.

We rely on a small set of service providers that process data on our behalf — only to operate StillEdge, never for their own purposes. By category:

• Cloud hosting & database (storing your account and session data)
• AI / large-language-model providers (powering Atlas's coaching)
• Voice processing (speech-to-text and text-to-speech, for voice users)
• Payment processing (managing subscriptions and billing)
• Transactional email (account and service emails)
• Optional integrations you connect (for example, Whoop health data)

We can provide our current list of specific providers on request — just email us at the address below.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own use, and we never will. The only parties that handle your data are the service providers above, acting on our behalf to run StillEdge. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights or users' safety.

If StillEdge is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer as part of that transaction; we'll notify you if it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot be tied back to you) may be retained for product improvement.

StillEdge is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

StillEdge is operated from the United States, and your data is processed and stored in the United States (and wherever our service providers operate). If you access StillEdge from outside the US, you consent to processing your data in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Export — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Deletion — request that we delete all your personal data.
• Correction — request that we correct any inaccurate data.
• Opt out — of any non-essential data processing (though we currently perform none).

We take security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our database enforces row-level security. Authentication tokens are stored securely. We follow industry best practices to protect your information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice in the application. Your continued use of StillEdge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
