Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using StillEdge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use StillEdge. You also consent to receive notices from us electronically (email or in-app), and agree those satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

StillEdge is a behavioral coaching and risk-management tool for traders. Our AI coach, Atlas, helps you follow your own trading rules, recognizes behavioral patterns during your sessions, and can prompt interventions such as cooldowns and reflections. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we won't be liable to you for doing so.

StillEdge is not, and does not provide:

• Financial, investment, or trading advice. We never tell you what to trade, when to trade, what positions to take, or how to allocate capital. Atlas coaches behavior and discipline, not market decisions.
• A broker, exchange, or trade-execution service. StillEdge does not place, route, or execute trades and does not connect to your brokerage account. You log your trades manually or via optional browser-based capture (see Section 6).
• A signal, alert, or market-analysis service.
• A guarantee of any trading outcome. Nothing in the Service is a promise of profit, reduced losses, or any specific result.

No advisory relationship. Using StillEdge does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or professional relationship between you and Conscious Innovations, LLC. We are not your financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you assume all of it. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes, including any decision influenced by the Service. We never advocate buying or selling any instrument. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any trading decision; consult a licensed financial professional or your broker before acting. Use of StillEdge does not reduce the inherent risk of trading, and you can lose money regardless of how you use the Service.

Atlas's coaching, reflections, summaries, and other outputs are generated by automated AI systems. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your situation, and they are not professional, financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Use your own judgment; do not rely on AI output as your sole basis for any decision. You're responsible for how you act on anything the Service surfaces.

• Account. You're responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• The data you provide. StillEdge relies on the trades, reflections, and inputs you log. We're not responsible for coaching quality or outcomes affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed inputs.
• Your broker and prop firm rules. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules, agreements, and risk limits of your broker, exchange, or proprietary trading firm. StillEdge does not enforce, guarantee, or take responsibility for compliance with those rules, and we are not liable for any account loss, failed evaluation, lost payout, or rule violation.

• Plans. StillEdge offers Core ($49/month) and Pro ($99/month) subscriptions.
• Free trial. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. We require a payment method to start the trial.
• Auto-renewal and trial conversion. Unless you cancel before your free trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged the then-current plan price. Your subscription then renews automatically each billing period and your payment method is charged each period until you cancel. You authorize these recurring charges.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and it is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date.
• Price changes. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

Guardian is an optional browser extension (Pro) with two functions:

• Cooldown enforcement — blocks access to your trading platform and any other websites you configure during a cooldown or lockout you have set.
• Live trade capture — if you enable it, reads your completed trade executions from your trading platform's orders display during an active StillEdge session and sends them to StillEdge for automatic trade logging.

You install and control Guardian. Both features are off by default and require your explicit opt-in. Live capture only runs during an active StillEdge session and stops when you end the session or close StillEdge. You acknowledge that:

• Guardian's blocking depends on your browser and is not a guaranteed or foolproof barrier; you can uninstall or disable it, and it does not control your brokerage account directly.
• Live capture reads only completed execution data (symbol, side, quantity, price, fill time) from the orders display. It does not access your account credentials, balances, open positions, or any other brokerage data, and it cannot place, modify, or cancel trades.
• We are not responsible for any consequence of access being blocked (or not blocked), including missed trades or opportunities, or for any inaccuracy in captured trade data. Guardian is a self-imposed discipline tool you choose to use.
• Your use of the extension is also subject to the applicable browser/web-store terms.

Parts of the Service may be offered as beta, preview, or early-access features. These are provided “as is,” may change or be withdrawn at any time, may not work as intended, and may have less protection than generally available features. Don't rely on beta features for anything critical.

Don't misuse the Service. You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape it; resell, sublicense, or share access; upload unlawful or infringing content; attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; use it to build a competing product; or use it in violation of any law or third-party right.

You retain ownership of the trading data, reflections, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your coaching profile and session data are private to you and are not sold. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.

StillEdge, Atlas, the software, content, and brand are owned by Conscious Innovations, LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal trading. These Terms grant you no other rights, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service relies on or integrates with third parties (for example, payment processing, AI providers, and your browser). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any coaching insight or AI output is accurate or will improve your trading results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Innovations, LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost payouts, or lost opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conscious Innovations, LLC from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 2, 3, 9–14, and 17) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice (for example, email or in-app). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Conscious Innovations, LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them (for example, in a merger or sale of the business).
• Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stay in effect.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
• Force majeure. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• International use. The Service is operated from the United States. We make no representation that it's appropriate or available elsewhere; if you access it from outside the US, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
• Export and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or list subject to applicable embargoes or sanctions, and you will not use the Service in violation of export-control or sanctions laws.
• Time limit on claims. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one year of when it arose, or it is permanently barred.
