Mentor Mode

See what your students actually did, not what they told you.

Mentor Mode is a read-only view of each student's stats, discipline scores and behavior patterns, shared on the student's terms. The picture that used to take weeks of questions is on one screen.

Your students

A roster, and a page for each student.

Every student who shares with you sits on one roster. Open a student and you get their overview and analytics, their discipline breakdown, their mapped patterns and reflections, and a notes tab. Each one goes only as deep as that student chose to share.

Overview and analytics. The same stats and breakdowns the student sees in their own journal, read-only.
Behavior.Discipline scores by category, how they trade at their best and worst, and the patterns behind the blown days.

Notes

Leave the note where the day is.

Write a note on any student's day and it shows up on that day in their journal. Keep it private while you are still thinking it through, then share it when it is ready.

Shared by default.A shared note lands on the student’s day page, next to the session it is about.
Private drafts.Flip a note to private and only you see it.

On the student's terms

Students decide what you see. Always.

Before the invite goes out, the student checks off exactly what to share, item by item, and can change or revoke it at any time. They also see when you last looked.

Item-level scope.Twenty items in six categories. Journal text, screenshots, reflections and the event timeline stay off unless the student turns them on.
Coach conversations stay private.A student’s conversations with Atlas are never part of a standing share. You see one only if the student shares that single session, on purpose.
Never shared.Onboarding interviews, biometric data and billing are excluded outright. There is no toggle.

Why it changes the mentorship

Coach the pattern, not the story.

Students tell you about the trade. Mentor Mode shows you the third loss, the size that crept up after it and the discipline score that dropped with it. Your next call starts from what happened instead of how it was remembered.

Between calls.Check in on a student between sessions without asking them to send anything.
One set of numbers. You and the student are looking at the same data, so the conversation is about the trading, not the reporting.

Get set up as a mentor.

Mentor access is set up by hand right now. Email Nick with who you coach and how many students, and we will get you and your students in. Sharing is part of a student's Pro plan.
